Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping is fulfilled primarily through USPS and UPS. For any shipping delays longer than 7 business days, you will receive an email notification with a new estimated ship date. Orders can only be shipped to one shipping address, as entered. If you would like to have items shipped to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders. If you enter an incorrect address, and your order cannot be delivered, we can re-ship your order for an additional fee once it is returned to us. Please double check that your contact and shipping information is correct before placing an order.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Emails must be entered correctly to receive tracking information. Please double check that all your contact and shipping information is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for the lack of tracking number due to errors.
If an order is lost during shipment, please reach out to the postal service to file a claim. Carter + Rose is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. Once you have the tracking number it is your responsibility to locate your items. We cannot locate a package once it has left the shop premises.
For international shipping, customers are responsible for customs and import duties. International shipping generally takes longer than US shipping. If you have questions once an item has shipped, please reach out to the postal service with your tracking number for any delivery questions.
