Carter + Rose does not take returns or exchanges for online purchases, unless an order is damaged or incorrect. If an order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to hello@carterandrose.com and we will work to replace the damaged item(s).
There are no returns for in-store items. Exchanges must be made within two weeks of purchase. You must show a receipt for in-store credit, no exception.
