Join us on August 16th from 7-9pm for dessert plating and plate making! Plated desserts are not restricted to the grand finale at a restaurant. Learn how to plate desserts with Chef Tara Thomas. You will get to plate a personal dessert with components created by Tara using brand new plating skills all on your oh-so-personal plate. Choose between lemon poppyseed donut holes with lavender cream, blueberries, edible flowers and fresh mint, OR a Coconut Mango Tart with a caramel drizzle, vanilla bean lemongrass cream, and toasted coconut. And, before learning how to plate your dessert, you will be able to make your own ceramic plate with Carter & Rose guidance for future plating adventures!
